PTC THERAPEUTICS ANNOUNCES PRICING OF PUBLIC OFFERING OF COMMON STOCK

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - February 12, 2014 - PTC Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTCT) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 4,489,796 million shares of common stock at a public offering price of $24.50 per share, before underwriting discounts. All of the shares in the offering are being offered by PTC. In addition, PTC has granted the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to 673,469 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.

J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the offering.

A registration statement relating to these securities was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 12, 2014.
