PTC Therapeutics Closes Initial Public OfferingSOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – June 25, 2013 – PTC Therapeutics, Inc. (PTC) (NASDAQ: PTCT) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 9,627,800 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share, before underwriting discounts, including 1,255,800 shares of common stock issued upon the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.

J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cowen and Company acted as co-lead manager and Wedbush PacGrow Life Sciences as co-manager.
